Hello there.

I am a graduating senior at the University of Michigan studying computer science engineering. I'm passionate about building technology to create a more equitable world.

I've worked as a Full Stack Engineer and Team Lead at LearningClues, an education-tech startup whose search engine serves thousands of students at University of Michigan. I volunteered at the non-profit law firm, CAIR Coalition. During my time there, I created a searchable database for their Immigration Judge Decisions. As part of the MICUP Scholars Program, I worked as a research assistant studying computer microarchitectures. As an assistant in the Crowds + Machines Research Lab, I contributed to simulation software to model team performance.

Outside of programming, I studied music for one year at the Oberlin Conservatory, and more recently I've performed with the Michigan Gamelan Ensemble.

Founder and President of GRCC Programmers Club

Summer 2018-Spring 2019

Founded a computer science club and recruited board members and over 20 club members. Hosted weekly meetings throughout the semester leading coding challenges and discussions. Organized meetings with board members to plan club activities and events. Promoted awareness of club by visiting classes, recruiting at campus events, and designing posters. During club meetings, we assembled an Arduino robotics kit and built a simple website using HTML, CSS, and Git. Participated in two hackathons (Calvin Hacks and Sparta Hacks) and attended multiple software talks including the GLSEC conference.
